Was so nervous about renting from these guys from reading all the bad reviews (my boyfriend booked) but we had a very smooth experience. The handover took under 10 minutes at the start and end. We basically got a brand new car (Fiat Pandina), with a smart CarPlay system and it was ideal for our trip. Just make sure to take videos/photos before and after, as well as pictures of the fuel gauge, pay with Amex, and take out the best insurance beforehand then you can’t really go wrong, I think!

Car was clean and tidy, it was a 2025 opel corsa. I had to wait approximately 20 mins to pick up the car (which was fine with me). Under 25's need to pay an extra charge (90euro sept 25) Take pictures/videos of the car as they didn't have all the chips noted down and questioned it at drop off.

I only saw all the negative reviews after I rented the car via rentalcars.com. However, everything went well in terms of the car itself (2024 VW troc) and the customer service: both were excellent and had no issues at all. I made sure to take a bunch of pictures before driving the car, but when returning it, those were not needed as the checkup was nice and quick.

I chose Italy car Rent, because I got a good experience in Venice last year and also the price was ok. This time took a car for a week in Olbia. I got a new (3K mileage) Nissan Qasqai. The car was perfect! Also the service was friendly and quick - 5 minutes by getting the car, 2 minutes dropping up without unnecessary fuss. Also first time ever I got an opportunity to choose the car between two options (usually car rent gives you the keys without asking).

Rented a car for 4 days, the people at the desk were very helpful and spoke good English. We arrived to the desk 30 mins before our scheduled slot and the lady at the counter did the necessary paper work with us straight away. Due to an issue with our designated car, we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for a different car, but it wasn’t a huge issue as the car we received was a newer model and lower mileage. We had a full tank of fuel upon collection. Drop off was simple and quick. We had no issues. We were able to use our debit card instead of a credit card as we purchased full insurance, so we only paid a refundable fuel deposit (100 euro). Would go to them again.

They stayed late (olbia) The office is in the rental lot past Sixt rental. Car was in good condition. They charged me an extra 60 euro's because I rented in Sardinia. That was a scam but get used to getting scamed their are extra fees for everything in Europe

Overall great experience. We got upgraded car with hybrid drive. Staff were professional and helpful. We spend max 5 min by office desk before we got the car keys. With debit card they charged 100€ for gas deposit, 30min after returning car we got the deposit back (make sure you fill it up before returning) I recommend super casco insurance - no need for a headache if something happens if you plan to drive a lot.

We came from Portugal for a friend's wedding. First time in Sardinia. 11 days. Expectations high. We needed a car to explore the island. It's always sketchy renting a car. There is never a conpany with more than a 3/5 rating. But I'm happy to say that everything went well. Pick up and return. The car given to us was actually above the category we booked. Deposit returned within minutes of drop off. We did not have a credit card, and they had a work around where we had to sign up for their insurance. Understandable. When I will be back I know who to go to.

The experience was good. I booked the car online with a full Casco option. No problems at all. Contract signed online and received per Email. Credit card needed. 100 euros deposit is blocked for fuel, in case you do not bring the car back with the same fuel level. In high season there is a chance of a longer waiting time at check-in or check-out. I stayed about 30-45 minutes to get the car and let the car, at the end (9 Am in the morning).
