We had a medical issue during our rental, but the team was extremely proactive and helpful throughout. Great balance between price and service in Milan. The staff were friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Perfect rental experience. Collecting and returning the car from Pisa Airport the staff were helpful and the car was in great condition. We returned the car full and had no problems with the condition. The deposit was refunded before we reached the terminal. Highly recommended.

Hired a 'vw t-roc' class of car for our trip to Sicily last month, during which we drove around the island. When we arrived at Palermo Airport, the Italy Car Rent Desk was easy to find and the staff were great! I ended up with a Cupra Leon (Auto) which was fully fuelled and immaculate. At the end of our holiday, the drop off at the airport was very easy too and walking distance to the Departures. TIP - I would highly recommend taking our their fully comprehensive insurance policy - driving in Sicily is challenging and this is peace of mind for a very reasonable addition expense. Highly recommend using this company.

I have booked a car via booking.com. Got updated with almost a new Omoda, a super nice automatic car for Sicily. Pick up and return are very smooth. Car was check when it returned and everything is okay. Received deposit within hours! Strong recommend Italy car rent!

Hiring from Italy car hire at Pisa airport was easy and very competitive pricing. The staff were great and friendly the car was virtually new in excellent condition and the perfect size for 4 adults to get around the narrow streets and to park. I would recommend them to book ahead with you won’t be disappointed.

First class service from a good team. From start to finish the service was excellent. The low tyre pressure light on the first car that was given was on but the staff immediately offered me a replacement with no fuss or bother. The hand back was quick and efficient.

I rent many cars from Pisa airport, this company is good. Easy, fast check in, no queue. Easy, fast check out, deposit refunded straight away. Obviously, if something goes wrong with car hire you will have a different experience! Just to note that they hold bookings for 2 hours - with all the recent problems at passport control maybe book your start time slightly later as they will release the car at busy times.

We had really good expierence with this rental company. They were flexible and accepted my debit card (other companies rent only with credit card). We rented two different cars on different days, had no issues with this company. We took super kasko insurance so didnt have to pay deposit. Only 100€ deposit for fuel wich they unfrozed it straight away after we gave car back. Recommend
