Good experience. Good car, quick service, friendly staff. Also returning the car without any issues. Please be aware that the cars are at a different location, for which a shuttle bus is available which takes appr 10min.

It’s fine, not as other review made it out to me. A bit inconvenient you need to shuttle to outside the city but every other rental company does the same thing. It’s probably a good thing to bus out so you don’t have to drive in the city which is ZTL hell.

Fine car rental company, we purchased the full insurance through their website (Zero stress) which gave us the option to use a debit instead of a credit car for deposit, note they didn’t take Wise, Revolut or Monzo. They still required a small deposit (€100), even though it said no deposit on the booking. Pick up was fine as well as drop off. We got a modern car and had no problems with it. The office is at the train station and they take you in a shuttle to the card yard (10 min drive). You also have to drop it back off at the car yard and they shuttle you back to the train station.

STAFF is amazing. Prices can be high for las minute so make sure you book ahead. They are very helpful, patient, and most of all: accommodating. I booked a last minute car and the people there were very helpful. I have to shout out Israa and her colleague as well for going above and beyond to help locate my headphones in a rental car. They really were so kind and did more than necessary to help retrieve the items despite another person already renting it and driving away. I would use their services again! Highly recommend making a reservation
