Car rental in Milan Malpensa Airport

Great service an Milan Malpensa airport. I had no reservation and was driving my rental within minutes. The clerk at airport desk was super helpful and nice. Definetly recommended and will rent again. A+++

I rented a car through the Booking app and chose Italy Car Rent. The entire process was seamless! My experience with the representative at the Sicily airport was excellent; he was highly efficient and had everything prepared in advance. The car—an Opel Mokka—was brand new, spotless, and ready to go. Even better, my deposit refund was processed just one hour after returning the vehicle.
The only downside was the lack of direct contact information for the Sicily airport branch. When I tried calling, I only reached an automated machine in Italian. Providing customers with a direct email address or local phone number would greatly improve communication and give peace of mind.

Great service from Gabriele and Beatrice. They made the whole handover process so much easier on the 20th July. Great work. We look forward to coming back to Sardinia soon :-)

I liked absolutely everything, starting with the gentleman at the office. He was fantastic: professional, attentive, friendly, and even had a great sense of humor. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with him. He handled everything quickly, clearly, without any unnecessary complications, and in a very professional manner.
As for the car – I honestly have nothing to criticize. Simply perfect! No damage, no issues, clean and in excellent condition. I was given a Seat Arona, a model I had never driven before, and it was definitely worth the experience. Very agile, responsive to the steering wheel and to every touch of the pedal. I can honestly say that I didn’t just enjoy driving it – there was even a certain aesthetic pleasure in the experience. It’s the kind of car that simply makes driving enjoyable.
Returning the car left me with exactly the same impression. The gentleman who received the car kept me there for... about a minute and a half :) He checked it, took it back quickly and professionally, was very friendly, and wished us a safe journey. That was it. No stress, no wasted time.
This is already my second year using Italy Car Rent, and after my experiences with them, I can definitely recommend the company to others. In fact, I already have: just four days after me, my brother arrived in Italy and, of course, I recommended that he rent his car from them as well.
When you come back to the same company for a second year, it means the first experience was a good one. When you start recommending it to your own family, I think that says even more.

Great rental experience, everything went very smoothly, the staff are very professional. The only problem that got on my nerves was the place to make the reservation, which is inside the train station and not outside, as Google Maps suggests... I still spent an hour looking for it.

This agency were very helpful, like others I was hesitant to book with them due to the previous reviews. After my experience I would highly recommend them, I feel as if those who have had self inflicted issues post negative reviews and blame the agency.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly and professional, the car was clean and in great condition, and the whole rental process was smooth. The security deposit was refunded almost immediately after I returned the car, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company and would definitely rent from them again!

Great experience with Italy Car Rent in Olbia. We received an almost brand-new car, and the pick-up process was quick and smooth. Returning the car was a bit busier, but everything was completed within half an hour.

The only small downside was that the car wasn’t provided with a full tank, so you have to return it with the same fuel level. Other than that, everything was excellent. We will definitely rent from Italy Car Rent again!

I rented from this company in Bari a few times, and I can only say positive things: quick service, good cars, efficient staff, and so on. I understand that someone doesn't like to buy direct insurance, which I think is the smart thing to do since it gives some peace of mind and avoids headaches, and if you calculate the difference between third-party and their insurance, it's actually much less than what people think.

We had a fantastic and hassle-free experience with them. We rented a Peugeot on the spot that day because of strikes and there was a massive shortage of automatic cars in Milan! The price was incredibly reasonable and everything was included compared to other well-known rental chains. We drove almost 800km through Switzerland and back. As long as you have all the necessary driver’s documents the process is seamless. I received my deposit back within two weeks!
