Very efficient company, the car was very reliable and clean throughout. One thing you must be aware of when hiring a car in Italy you must have a credit card, if you use a debit card you will be stung for full insurance, it cost us £200 for six days, SO READ THE SMALL PRINT. But apart from that very honest company

Very good!!! I was a little hesitant at first, because all the car rental organizations score low on reviews, but Italy car rent really helped me out! Nice people, a very good price. They even whats apped me before hand that I had an electric car (if I was aware of that) and potential extra fees for picking up my car after hours. Transparency, but customer focused. I didn’t have to be afraid of not being able to pick up my car or whatsoever. Also, a video of the fact we didn’t recharge the car as evidence for the additional cost. All super friendly 👍🏻👍🏻I wil surely recommend this organization.

We rented three Fiat 500 or similar cars for a week. Of course we didn't get 500, but instead three Pandas - so be prepared for this. Otherwise rental price was good, service was good. Deposit was 900€ since we took a basic protection. In the return the service was also good, they just inspected the car and deposit was released on the same day. Make sure to bring your credit card, otherwise you'll have to buy full protection.

To be honest, we booked before reading the reviews, so I was a bit worried. But to be honest, we were helped very well and at the return the agent was friendly too. Honestly, it’s Italy so the service is a bit bolt and it might come over as impolite. There are 2 tips I recommend to do: 1. take an insurance (external or with them) 2. film and take pictures of the car at pick up and for sure the front and back bumper! We got charged for some scratches for the bottom of the front bumper. Were they there before? Not sure, but it was from stones or branches. I didn’t take a picture of that part of course 😏Fair enough, we got a reimbursement from the (external) insurance.

I actually have no complaints. I thought the staff were perfectly kind gentlemen, and I was able to rent a car for 2 days for $82. The car was of course small and did have some denting, but it ended up being perfect for me and my family. I do speak Italian, so maybe that helped my experience - but I think these folks did a great job!

Good experience. Car was clean and in excellent as new condition. Price was very good, and we had existing excess cover insurance, so we could resist the need to buy expensive insurance at the rental desk. To be fair, there was no "hard sell". Hand over was quick and efficient, as was the rental return. No problems with the car during the rental. Would recommend.

Got an almost new (3000km) car with no damage at all, and after a long weekend with plenty of kilometers we returned it with zero issues. So quite a different experience from many of the reviews posted here. Only downside was that we had to wait in line for 45 minutes before someone had time to help us when picking up the car.
