After a very negative experience with another rental provider (wheego), this company completely restored my trust in car rentals. The reservation and car pick up process were very good. The only issue I had was finding the actual route to return the car. There was construction going on and the signage for the rental return were very confusing. If it weren't for this hiccup, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Hi. I cannot understand the lowest ranking among all rent a car services in Bari. Italy car rent was my best ever experience and I have rented cars in Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Dubai ... Company changed some insurance policies in last year. I rented VW T-Roc (on the web) and it was not available, so I got Omoda 7 (auto transmisson) instead. That is 1 level higher. It was clean. Because I rented 2+5 days; I had to change a car in between (again Omoda). First car had 5500 km, and the second 3500. I Took Italy no stress insurance (all covered, 1 € block on card). First night someone damaged the car (street parking), and they said it is ok, because I have this insurance. The price with max. insurance and car is the same as only car - with different companies. No deposit, no blocking your card (ecept this 1 €). Whenever I will rent in Italy, they are my first choice.

Very friendly and helpful staff — a pleasant surprise! The car was in good condition, with some minor damages, all properly noted in the handover report. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and smooth, without any issues. Of course, I also took photos and videos of all damages and imperfections, but there were no problems at return. Personally, I was pleasantly surprised and I will rent from them again without any hesitation/ problem.

I rented 2 times in a row. Always added Italy car zero stress. Maybe if you also add for road assistance. With zero stress you are fully covered. Someone bumped into front door of my car - minor bump and scratch. No problem, I paid nothing. It costs as much as a vehicle, but is worth it. Rented an automatic M class, got a L class Omoda new, with 5.500 km. Price was with the coupon around 78€. Best rent in my life. I really do not understand so low rating, maybe because they did not take the full insurance. It is 1€, no theft or collision participation, no big blockings on your card. Great service, new car, nice people working there.
