Reviews from our satisfied customers
An excellent car palace with a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. The staff is very polite, respectful, and helpful. The palace is well-maintained, and the customer service is outstanding. They treat customers with great courtesy and make the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a professional team!
Everything was seamless and professional from pickup to return.
I declined the additional insurance and there was absolutely no pressure or hard selling at the desk. On return, the car was inspected fairly, there were no questionable damage charges, and my security deposit was returned without any issues.
After reading so many horror stories about car rentals in Italy, I think it's important to give credit when a company does things properly. I would happily rent from Italy Car Rent FCO again.
