First class service from a good team. From start to finish the service was excellent. The low tyre pressure light on the first car that was given was on but the staff immediately offered me a replacement with no fuss or bother. The hand back was quick and efficient.

A good experience
I rent many cars from Pisa airport, this company is good. Easy, fast check in, no queue. Easy, fast check out, deposit refunded straight away. Obviously, if something goes wrong with car hire you will have a different experience! Just to note that they hold bookings for 2 hours - with all the recent problems at passport control maybe book your start time slightly later as they will release the car at busy times.

We had really good expierence with this rental company. They were flexible and accepted my debit card (other companies rent only with credit card). We rented two different cars on different days, had no issues with this company. We took super kasko insurance so didnt have to pay deposit. Only 100€ deposit for fuel wich they unfrozed it straight away after we gave car back. Recommend

Booked the car in advance and paid "zero stress" 100% insurance from them, ie whatever happens w the car, it is covered. Received an almost new car, clean, in a good shape, good and efficient communication, no delays, no issue at all. Having read some complaints in the reviews -- no wonder, if u book a very cheap car with no insurance, u are to pay for any tiny issue sooner or later. Thats business.

He took the time to sort everything out for us and managed to change our booking without any hassle. There were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly explained upfront, which I really appreciated. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff, especially Massimo, was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Pickup and return were both smooth and efficient, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The car itself was clean, albeit abit old, and there were small stains. This was second time, which I used this company. All was OK, the car has really a lot of scratches, but most of them were documented, of course there were a few new ones, but after chatting with Italy Car Rent employee, they were marked. I made a lot of pics of the car, just in case. I get my deposited after landing - so this was super fast.

I rented a car from Italy Car Rent at Cagliari Elmas Airport and overall it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the male staff members were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Mario — if you happen to have him assist you during your rental process, consider yourself lucky! He was attentive, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. On the other hand, I found the female staff members a bit difficult to deal with. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, which was a shame given how positive the rest of the experience was. Overall, the service quality really depends on who you get. If Mario is around, you're in good hands!
