Friendly and efficient process to pick up the car - including making a note of some previously unrecorded damage - and a smooth handover at the end of the holiday. The car, an Opel Corsa, was fine for our needs: quiet and economical, and with no further damage despite having been driven through Palermo. The windscreen could do with a clean though!

Second time renting with Italy Car Rent, and zero issues both times.

Everything went perfectly, including the car pick-up which was very quick. I only had a problem finding the right entrance to the car park when returning the car at Catania airport.

Great value for money. Took one star off because the kiosk at the station was closed "for technical reasons" and we weren't informed in advance to go directly to the garage which is 10min away of foot. In general this rental agency is for careful people who have already experience with car rentals. Don't expect any exceptions at this price. Read the fine print and bring all the documents they ask for. Take photos and videos before and after and be punctual. You will be fine.

Used many times, always great service

Check in and out was smooth. Enjoyed our car- got basic manual, was in good condition. No smells. Had apple CarPlay. Great gas mileage. Took a full video of car when we first received it (including roof) which was good because she did find 2 dent /scratch spots that were not noted on original paperwork, but were on our original video. So no additional damage was noted/no fees charged. All in all a great experience. Another plus was it was far cheaper than other rental companies. Also to note - I did NOT purchase the additional full coverage insurance.

Had an overall good experience with pick up and drop off of the rental car, even though we were picking up and dropping off in two different locations. I felt that the agents did a good job of taking care of everything in an efficient way. Also, we had a fun, green Peugeot 208 :)
